Housing Development

Commercial Demolition
We transformed the campus with raw power and a green mandate. The controlled demolition of 46,000 square feet was just the first step. Behind the scenes, we executed a massive recycling operation, giving concrete, metal, and other materials a new life. Penticton Landfill Site
Not just pleasant on the outside, this landfill was no longer needed and left as an eye sore. This project was tested for hazardous waste prior and was cleared for removal. We were there to help the Penticton Indian Band clean up and haul approximately 1200 tons of debris out of there.
Vineyard Development
We were tasked with a singular vision: to elevate the Okanagan's place on the global wine stage. The careful development of the vineyard slopes on the shores of Lake Okanagan was just the first step. Beneath the surface, we executed a master plan, marrying the unique terroir of West Kelowna with a design destined for legacy.

The controlled demolition of the old Memorial Arena was a powerful, calculated strike. We didn't just tear down walls; we cleared the past with raw power and a green mandate, recycling the old guard to build anew.
